2022 Shred
This bike ticks all the boxes, rides great off the beaten path, a must upgrade is the Suntour seat post shock. The only thing I would change is to have 12 gears instead of 9 gears when you are riding on pavement.

2020 Shred ...Spirit saver.
I put over over 1700 km on my Shred the past 12 months mostly on trails here on the Sunshine Coast, B.C. I did order fenders but took them off along with the headlight (have clip on if I need one, same with rear) and kick stand. Put on an Ortho Pedal as I have lost a lot of range of motion due to an unsuccessful knee replacement from previous injuries This bike has been a spirit saver for me as most sports I loved in the past just are not happening anymore. Love that this bike has a throttle as it is paramount for me when I come to a rise on my right and just need that extra kick. Getting back out there and getting the juices flowing in the forest has been amazing. In case anyone is curious about the Ortho Pedal or know of someone who may benefit from it . Long term hard use
I bought both a Shred and a Rook ebike about 3 years ago. My son and I have ridden both through every possible weather, even during snowstorms and below - 30 weather since we use the bikes to get to work. Though we have had a few malfunctions - I once had to leave my Shred outside my work for about 8 hours during the coldest winter storm of the season. The bike still took me home but it caused some issues later - overall the experience has been very positive. We still use both bikes most days. The only changes we have made were to change to more puncture-resistant tires and I manufactured some fenders for the Shred since none were available at the time. Other than that, both are still stock.

Exactly what I needed
I somehow managed to blow the original so this got me back in the road! Tip: wheel rebuild using the whole motor was easier for the tech than a core swap.

2021 Shred - First EBike
This being my first ebike and also my first time buying a bike online, I wasn't sure what to expect. Well both experiences ended up being great. Even though I am handy I wasn't too sure of myself with putting a bike together, well it couldn't have been easier. Just in case you do need some help, there is a video online to show you what to do. I have had the Shred for two weeks now and have over 170km on it, my longest ride being about 35kms. I have a bum knee that I normally have to wear a brace to ride longer distances and haven't had to wear it once with the Shred. The only issue I have had is that a few times now going over some bumpy terrain, the chain has come off the chainring. Other than that, I love riding my 2021 Shred.
