Contacted Customer Support for help re. spokes for my 2021 Rook; website parts identified spokes for prior year models with a 26 inch wheel whereas the 2021 has the 27.5 wheel. CS response was received within 24 hrs with a link attached directing me to the appropriate page. I ordered replacement parts which arrived in approx. 10 days (shipment from B.C. to Ontario. Very satisfied with the service received and the quality of the parts received.

info and spokes as well as speed of service were great from your main office in vancouver. However the local dealer has let me down lack of knowledge led me to have to rebuild my whole rear wheel at a competent bike shop even though the bike was still on warranty. i love the bike but cant honestly recommend anyone in Lethbridge getting one as the support isnt here.
