Failed Kickstand

Bought a 2021 Colt in December of 2021. Kickstand always made a snapping sound when retracted and noticed a broken plastic piece fell out of it. Rode it summer of 2022, never thought too much more of it, kickstand worked. Parked for the winter and just noticed another piece of plastic had broken from the kickstand mechanism and now there was considerable play in it. Contacted Surface 604 and explained the situation via email. Within minutes I was informed a new kickstand would be on its way under warranty. This kind of customer service is exceptional, sadly I do not see it very often. 5 stars for these guys! Side note, I absolutely love my Colt
